This dialogue from Bommarillu has become popular among youth and is currently widely used by one and all in Andhra Pradesh. Now this is going to be the title for Varun Sandesh’s new film. Director Sai Kiran Adivi of Vinayakudu fame is all set to produce this film with Varun Sandesh along with another partner on Moon Water Pictures banner. A debutant director will be wielding the megaphone with this film. More details are awaited

Ram Gopal Varma to present 'Gaayam -2'
Gaayam is one of the great films made by Ram Gopal Varma in Telugu. Release a decade and half ago, the film remained the best movie ever in Jagapathi Babu’s career. A sequel to the modern classic is now being made by new director Praveen Sri with Jagapathi Babu as hero.   Initially Ram Gopal Varma was not on board with this sequel, but he has now agreed to present the movie as he reportedly with the new director’s work. Gaayam -2 produced by Dharmkartha and has music by maestro Ilayaraja. The maestro also sang a song in the movie.

Praveen says the movie is sequel in real sense as it starts where the first movie ends. Producer said they have recently been completed major part of the shooting in Bangkok for 20 days and shot two songs on Jagapathi Babu and Vimala Raman. He also said he is planning to release the movie post summer.

P.C .Sriram Camera for Ram Charan’s next

Noted cinematographer P.C.Sriram is helming the lens for Ram Charan Tej’s fourth film. P.C.Sriram who does only selective movies has been roped in by the director Dharani for this action love story. P.C.Sriram earlier worked for such great love
stories like Geetanjali and Khushi in Telugu is making come back to Tollywood after two years gap. His last film in Telugu, Teja directed Keka , was not successful.

Devi Sri Prasad, a regular in Megastar’s camp, is scoring music for the first time for a Ram Charan’s film. This yet to be titled flick would be launched formally on April 30th and regular shoot commences from May 1st week. To be produced by Megasupergood Films, the film has Kajal as heroine

'Maryada Ramanna' shoots in Karimnagar

Top director S S Rajamouli’s film, Maryada Ramanna, with Sunil is under progress in Karimnagar despite the initial protests by TRS activists on the first day of the shoot. The unit would can some action scenes in the district for five days before shifting its shoot to interiors of Rayalaseema. TRS activists made Sunil and Rajamouli to give slogans to pro-Telangana and Rajamouli even promised them that he would produce a film soon on Telangana culture.

On the other hand, the film is gearing up for release in August this year.


Allu Arjun now pines hopes on 'Vedam'

Although Allu Arjun’s recent two films took great openings, Arya-2 and Varudu letdown the star. He hoped to continue his hit streak with both the films but could not do so. Though Varudu is still running in the theatres, the six-pack star is not happy with the outcome of the film. So he is pining all his hopes on his next film, Vedam, which has other actors like Manchu Manoj and Anushka in lead roles. Although Vedam is multi-starrer the onus is on him. And he is confident that the film, directed by talented Krish of Gamyam fame, would fetch him all the rewards

Teacher’ Genelia plays student in 'Orange'


Genelia is studying all over again. No, not in real life but for a film. After  playing the role of a teacher in her last Telugu film, Katha, she now does role of a student in Ram Charan starrer Orange. Both Ram Charan and Genelia play the roles of students studying at a foreign university (in Australia) and the film is currently being shot in Melbourne. Genelia says she loves the country despite recent racist attacks on Indians.

“There are always those pockets of unsafe places everywhere in the world. I personally think it’s a great city (Melbourne). It is sad that incidents have happened in Australia and Indians have been targeted, but I feel safe here,” Genelia said. The unit of Orange has hired 250 Australians as cast and crew. Directed by Bhaskar, the film is produced by Nagababu on Anjana Productions banner
